• Based on EPDM technology, this flooring comes with fresh and permanent colours that do not fade away with either time or use. EPDM or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is an organic synthetic elastomer which has many properties equivalent to or better than those of natural virgin rubber, after curing. During the production of the elastomer, several additives are used to enhance colours and their stability. This assures that the colours are durable, flexible and can also stand the test of weather and time. Colours Available - all bright colours like yellow, green, red, Blue, etc.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:

1) BASE LAYER- 19 mm 

• Base layer are made with tyre recycled crumb which is blended with two synthetic rubber (Natural rubber & Styrene butadiene rubber-SBR)
• This base layer is for cushion purpose only

2) TOP LAYER- 6 mm 

• Top layer is pure EPDM imported granules which is made with "Ethylene propylene diene monomer" with color pigment
• Color are inbuilt with granules which will never loss original color
• Granule standard size in 1-4 mm
• Top layer of EPDM is fix of 6 mm thickness in any system.
• We will create any design/ school logo over this EPDM surface of 6 mm only rest is the cushion base surface. EPDM granule have high weather and heat resistance properties mainly non-toxic product
